Yes, it is our core service. Managed IT covers monitoring, maintenance, helpdesk and escalation, backups, updates, and security for one predictable monthly fee. Most clients start with a free 30-minute IT review. We also take on one-off projects and independent audits.

Can you help us get ISO 27001 certified?

Yes. We have supported organizations through ISO 27001 with security policies, risk assessments, and the compliance controls auditors check. We can start with a readiness review so you know exactly what is missing.

What event technology services do you provide?

Race timing with MYLAPS for marathons, road races, triathlons, and cycling, live and official results, registration and participant data, event networks and connectivity, operations-room setup and control, and on-site IT support. In Lebanon we run race timing for ProSetup Lebanon; past work includes 12+ years with the Beirut Marathon, plus the Doha Marathon by Ooredoo and the Riyadh Marathon.
