Services and proposals

Website information is general information and is not a binding offer. Scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, responsibilities, and payment terms are agreed separately in writing before work begins.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, lawful access, approvals, content, licences, and timely decisions needed for delivery.

Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, pre-existing tools, methods, templates, and third-party materials remain owned by their respective owners. Rights in project deliverables are governed by the applicable written agreement.

Third-party services

Cloud platforms, hosting providers, software, domains, email systems, and other third-party services are subject to their own terms and availability. Jacobs Tech is not responsible for outages or policy changes controlled by those providers.

Limitation

Information on this website is provided in good faith. To the extent permitted by law, Jacobs Tech is not liable for indirect loss arising from reliance on general website information. A signed project agreement governs an engagement.
